LAST MINUTE REQUESTS
We reserve the rights to impose additional 20% surcharges for last minute requests or reject unreasonable requests that cannot be met. Appreciate your kind understanding, especially with regard to:
- Pastries that require a longer time to set
- Bulk quantities
- Peak / Festive season (with limited slots already taken up by prior customers)
Why is there a late booking surcharge?
Because we would have to order additional/ specific ingredients at a much higher cost due to the short lead time given. In addition, our team would have to work doubly hard & clock in overtime in order to ensure all the preparation that is required for your order can be fulfilled on time!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Re-delivery
An additional charge of $50.00 will be incurred for re-delivery within the stipulated delivery timings.
Location Exclusion
No delivery will be made to Jurong Island and Sentosa Island, as well as locations outside of Singapore.
Delivery Conditions
Sunlife's Durian Puffs & Pastries can be self-collected from our designated outlets or delivered to your door-steps at an indicated address. Delivery is by arrangement only and charges might vary depending on the location and order amount, as indicated in the tables above. Kindly ensure that someone is present to receive the order during delivery as we do not leave the pastries unattended on door-steps. In the event that there is nobody present to receive the order, we can re-deliver to your requested address, however, a re-delivery charge applies. Alternatively, you also have the option of self-collecting your order at our outlets.
We will not be held liable for any damage to the pastries at the indicated destination once we leave your premises. As such, it is recommended that the condition of the pastries should be checked on and certified before we leave. Once the delivery invoice has been signed for, Sunlife Durian Puffs & Pastries shall not be held liable for any damages or failure to adhere to the storage instructions provided.
Delivery Fee: $20 per location
Urgent/ Large Orders
A 3 to 5 days advance notice is required for orders above $500.00.
Durian Policy
All durian products are highly recommended to be consumed immediately upon purchase and should not be left out in the open for more than 2 hours. All durian products should be consumed on the day of purchase. Should you wish you consume the durian desserts at a later time / next day, kindly store the products in a freezer to prevent spoilage.
We use pure durian in our products and the fruit is sensitive to temperature changes. Sunlife Durian Puffs & Pastries ensures that the quality of all our durian products have met high production standards, and every single batch of durians are tested before being used in the baking process. Any mishandling of the product on the consumers' end will not be entertained, and we will only provide a 1-to-1 exchange on a case by case basis.
